Registrations to tryout for the 2020-21 season (U9, U10, U11, U12, U13 & U14) are now open.
Tryouts will be held August 5th & 6th (see below) at the Whitecaps Baseball Complex at 9931 W. Silver Spring Drive, Milwaukee 53225.
Tryouts will last 2 hours and will assess pitching, fielding and hitting capabilities for each participant.
We are making our 2020-21 tryouts free of charge to encourage prospective players and families an opportunity to meet our coaches, other players, and learn more about the organization.
The President of our organization, Adam Keen, will speak to all families during the tryout to provide details of the organization, what being a member of a Whitecap team includes, share our organizational objectives, and our vision looking forward. He will also take any questions that individuals might have in a group or 1:1 setting. Our professional coaching staff will provide a personalized, post-tryout email with feedback and opportunities for each participant (sent to the contact information provided at registration).
Given the recent mandate by the City of Milwaukee, we are asking all attendees to bring a mask with them that can be worn while in common areas and/or within 6 feet of other attendees. Players will not be required to wear the mask while actively trying out, but will be asked to wear it when in proximity to other participants. The registration link below will allow you to sign up. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

May 1st is the birthdate cutoff for our baseball teams. If your child turns 10 on or before April 30th, you would register for U10. It is also important to consider your child’s grade. U9 is typically 3rd graders, 10U is typically 4th graders, etc. So if your child has June birthday, they may be better playing their grade, even though your child is eligible to play with younger kids based on the age cut off. Please register based on birthdate and let us know at registration if there is as grade discrepancy. During the tryout we will determine the appropriate team for your child.
We look forward to seeing everyone in August!
